I contacted Timber Ridge for a home inspection. The appointment was set up quickly and around my schedule. Scott was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and he discussed not only the concerns but the positives aspects about the house I intended to purchase. He was very informative and he ensured I understood what he was explaining to me (I have little knowledge of the structure and technical aspects of a house). Scott was very detailed and the inspection was very thorough, top to bottom. After the inspection, the report was completed and sent to me within just a couple of hours.
